Central Station Monitoring is provided by our local U.L. listed Monitoring Station. We can provide monitoring for all types of fire and security systems. In addition we can provide live operator monitoring of Elevator Cab Emergency Phones, Emergency Medical Alert, Opening and Closing reporting, and many other special situations that may require monitoring by a Central Station.
Contract Test & Inspection
Required by State and National Fire Codes, periodic testing of the Fire Alarm System is a necessary step to maintaining a Certificate of Occupancy. Our Service Team will provide you with a quotation to Test and Inspect your system at the required intervals determined by your type of occupancy. Most facilities require annual testing, while others may require quarterly inspections. At your request we can include testing of Emergency Lighting and Exit Signage. This service is available to facilities with any brand of system installed. Testing is performed according to NFPA guidelines, and a Test and Inspection certificate issued upon completion.
Emergency Service is available for all makes of systems, whether installed and maintained by us or others. Our trained and certified technicians are equipped with fully stocked service vehicles to respond to your emergency situation 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our Emergency Response guarantee ensures that our Service Team will respond to your emergency call within 2 hours. If it is determined to be a life safety emergency and the condition requires immediate attention a service technician will be on site within 4 hours, or the labor for that call is at no charge. When conditions such as a low battery or other non-emergency troubles are reported, a technician will be scheduled for the next available appointment.
